About Graphic Designer
By combining elements of Photoshop, a word processor, a desktop publisher, and a PowerPoint tool; with music and sound effects; it is possible to create a compilation of art elements for presentations, and to design whatever you want with it. The app comes with a comprehensive (digital) built-in manual, which covers every menu, option and feature. Operation is based on layers, and layering objects over each other. Layer types and overlay options include: Images, Brushes, Stamps, Captions, Documents, Plotted Draw, Freehand Draw, Animation, Videos, Clickable Buttons, Music, Sound Effects, Command Scripts, GoTo Commands, Wipes and Fades, Colour Palette Changes and Cycles, Step Pauses and Delays. The app comes with a fully featured Document Editor, Colour Palette Editor, Screen Coordinates Editor, Palette Cycle Editor, Command Script Editor, and a custom Font picker called Font Explorer. The app window backdrop colours, app buttons, and app main font can all be changed with user preferences. Your presentation can be performed in layer sequence order, or any order, to create Slideshows, Animations, Presentations, Seminar Notes, Brochures and Magazines, as well as Interactive Information Panels, Books and Games;- which can be exported to run as standalone tools with the use of an included GD Player. An expanded set of Project Examples can also be found on the developers Itch.io page.
About The Developer
lifeschool is co-admin of LemonAmiga.com, and the LemonTubeAmiga youtube channel. He writes «I got my first A500 Amiga in 1992, a late starter!, and upgraded it to the max. I eventually converted the A500 into a Bodega Bay A2000+, with HDDs, a 50mhz 030 and 2MB chip ram etc. I had noticed CanDo back then, but was intimidated by the depth and complexity of it, but always knew I would come back to it some day. A few years ago I decided to figure it out, and after some success with games, demos and tools, I finally decided to push the software to the max, to see what it could really do. This project was inspired by Photoshop and PowerPoint, it took over a year to make, and contains over 33 thousand lines of hand-made code! No AI.» For more on the development diary and general information, check out the Itch page below.
